1. Open your selected image in Photoshop.2. Duplicate and Desaturate image.3. Adjust desaturated duplicated in Hue/Saturation Menu. (Image>Adjustments>Hue/Saturation)
(These were my settings. IMPORTANT: Make sure the ‘Colorize’ box is checked!)4. Nudge the duplicate image a few increments to the left or right, whatever your preference is I guess.5. Set that layer to ‘Lighten’.
